Privacy Notice

This is a working draft covering the required disclosures. It has not yet had a formal legal/DPO review — see ARCHITECTURE.md §15 in the project repository.

What we do

We run a boiler quotation/lead service for heating installers in the Liverpool area. When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, mobile number, postcode, and your answers to our qualifying questions, so we can give you an indicative price and put you in touch with an installer.

How we'll contact you

We'll contact you about your enquiry by WhatsApp where possible, or by SMS/phone if WhatsApp isn't available. This is service communication about the enquiry you started, not general marketing.

Who we share it with

We share the relevant details of your enquiry (property/boiler information, your general area, and your estimate) with the heating installer who will carry out your quotation. We only share your full contact details with them once your enquiry reaches the point where they need to contact you directly.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and meet our legal/ audit obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

Reply STOP (or anything to that effect - "not interested", "remove me", "unsubscribe") to any message and we'll stop contacting you about this enquiry immediately. You can also email us to ask what information we hold or to have it deleted.
