Information you choose to provide

Liverpool Boiler & Plumbing collects the contact details, postcode, job answers and optional photos you provide when making an enquiry. Business enquiries also include the organisation and any portfolio details you enter.

Saving and sending an enquiry

“Save and review” saves your contact details for follow-up about that enquiry, even if you leave before the final send step. Photos and the remaining job details are submitted when you send the completed enquiry. We use this information to review the request and arrange an appropriate response, not to subscribe you to general marketing.

Who can see the details

Authorised staff can review your enquiry. Relevant information may be shared with the contractor handling the request so they can assess the job and arrange a quotation. Include only photos you have permission to share, and avoid private documents or images of other people.

How contact works

Contact is about the enquiry you started and follows your stated preference where that channel is available. Submitting a form does not confirm an appointment or guarantee an immediate response.

Website measurements

The site uses a random browser session identifier to measure page visits, enquiry steps and outcomes. Those event counters do not contain the name, phone number or postcode you type. Campaign and referral parameters may be retained with your submitted enquiry. Browser storage also supports the enquiry journey and your session.

Your choices

You can correct recent contact details from the enquiry receipt in the same browser. To ask about access, correction, deletion or stopping contact, use the contact details on our contact page. If you receive a message, you can reply asking us to stop.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained while needed to handle the request and relevant operational or legal obligations. A request to delete information must be reviewed against those obligations.
