The online side
We handle the part most trades hate and most customers dread: the back-and-forth. Your details and photos are collected once, organised properly, and turned into an honest indicative figure where the job allows one. Follow-up messages (often WhatsApp) come from our digital assistant — it never pretends to be a person, never sets final prices, and a human steps in whenever the conversation needs one.
The trade side
Installations and gas work are carried out by our local Gas Safe registered installer partner — their name and registration number appear here and on your quotation once your enquiry reaches them. The final price is always theirs, confirmed after assessing the job — we never invent a number on their behalf.
What we won't do
No invented reviews, no fake urgency, no pretending to be something we're not, and no passing your details anywhere except to the installer quoting your job. One reply stops all contact, any time.
